The secret of wave management, or change skills, lies in the combination and synchronization of three different skill types.

• Methodological skills
  How do you organize a workplace, a process, with what methods, with which tool. Nothing works without great methods and proven tools. Many successful companies have now adopted these methodological skills.
  
  
• Management skills
  An incredible number of company managers believe that they are "on the ball " when it comes to management. But the questions "How well can we overcome the next crisis?", "What percentage of my employees would do anything for me?", "What can my employees do better than any other company?" give those managers pause for thought. In short: management skills are the central critical factor in the future!
  
  
• Transformation skills
  As there are no linear process flows, every manager faces a daily challenge: "How do I keep a change culture going?", "How do I avoid the usual come-down after the initial enthusiasm wears off?"
  Answer: through intelligent management of the individual waves.

With each wave, concrete measures are used to actively support the change process and thus increase the percentage of targets achieved. It is vital that the next wave begins before the previous one dies down. We call this procedure "process choreography".
