The training course highlights the dynamics of misunderstandings, unclear communications, disputes, criticism and (where applicable) resentment, which are the usual triggers for a tangible conflict. When confronted with such conflict, we often get tangled up in typical patterns and become part of the conflict. We want to get away from it again, but often cannot find the way out. The training course promotes understanding of the underlying patterns and offers possible solutions for successful conflict management.
This training course shows participants how they can fulfill their management role in a positive way on a permanent basis. They get the chance to practice using the necessary tools in an experience-oriented manner. The participants learn to manage without needing disciplinary measures, to motivate employees and to actively promote self-reliance.
Participants learn to recognize the basic patterns and unwritten rules of change processes. They can then apply these patterns and their consequences to the system, themselves and the interaction between both.
